2. Account Registration

• To use ManageBud, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately at admin@managebud.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Permitted Use

• ManageBud is designed to assist schools and teachers in managing student information and improving educational outcomes.
• You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Bangladesh.
• You may not use the app to:
  • Harass, defame, or harm others.
  • Upload or share unauthorized or inappropriate content.
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the app's functionality.

4. Data Ownership and Privacy

• Schools and teachers retain ownership of the student and institutional data they upload to ManageBud.
• By using the app, you grant ManageBud a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and store your data to provide the services outlined in our Privacy Policy.
• We are committed to protecting your data and comply with applicable data protection laws in Bangladesh. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

5. AI-Generated Insights

• ManageBud uses AI to analyze student data and generate insights and recommendations.
• These insights are intended to assist teachers in understanding student progress and identifying areas for improvement.
• The AI-generated insights are based on the data provided and are not guaranteed to be accurate or error-free.

6. Prohibited Activities

You are prohibited from:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of the app.
• Using the app for commercial purposes without prior written consent from ManageBud.
• Sharing your account credentials with unauthorized users.
• Uploading or sharing any content that violates intellectual property rights or applicable laws.

7. Fees and Payment

• ManageBud may offer both free and premium features. Access to premium features may require payment of applicable fees.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Payment processing is handled by third-party payment gateways, and you agree to comply with their terms and conditions.

8. Termination

• ManageBud reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in any prohibited activities.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

• ManageBud is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, ManageBud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the app.
• Our total liability to you for any claims related to the app shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use the app during the past six months.

11. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
• Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Bangladesh.
